Cannot provision Microsoft 365 E5 sandbox subscription #236

Hello Microsoft 365 Developer Program Team,
I am trying to join the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, but when I click the “Join now” button nothing happens. The page does not navigate forward and no error message is shown.
Steps I have already taken:
Tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera) in incognito/private mode.
Cleared cache/cookies and disabled all browser extensions.
Verified that JavaScript and third-party cookies are allowed.
Connected via VPN to the Netherlands to rule out regional restrictions.
Despite these steps the issue persists. Could you please assist or advise on how to proceed?
