Right now if you start with say a Tab and want to add bot functionality later in C# with vs.net this is nearly impossible because of all of the files that have to be touched (i.e. bicep files). This makes it almost impossible to incrementally add functionality.
Describe the solution you'd like
When creating a teams bot, you should be able to select 1 or more profiles (i.e. tab plus custom search plus chat bot) from the list instead of just one and it should orchestrate all of it.
When you have an existing bot, you should be able to right click on the project and choose Add Item and choose Teams Bot or Teams Tab or whatever else, and it should prompt you to do so with the same information as normal, and then update the orchestration to add any additional values that are required.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually doing this. Yuk.
Additional context
None.
