Markdown issues in the AI Assistant Bot template

Some sections of the markdown render too dark to read with dark themes in VS Code.

The code formatting for some sections is broken:

@therealjohn - it seems not a TTK issue. Could you please share your VSCode version and all installed extensions list?

Tried on my side and looks good under all themes:

BTW, I'm using VSCode 1.85.2 with installed extensions (run command code --list-extensions can get the list):
