"This app cannot be found" error when launch Teams apps with New Teams

Describe the bug
When you launch Teams apps with New Teams, you will meet "This app cannot be found" error.

The workaround is:

1. Close this error message
2. Follow this document to upload your app to New Teams: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/deploy-and-publish/apps-upload.

Note 1: The zip file to upload in step 2 usually located at <your-project-root>/appPackage/build/appPackage.local.zip if you didn't customize your project to output the file to another place.

Note 2: You might not see the "Install" button if you switched to New Teams for the first time. You need to wait for a while (usually 2.5 minutes) before the button is displayed.

The issue is being tracked and fixed. It takes some time for the fixed to be rolled out. Please stay tuned.
