But when I follow the instructions from Pandoc manual and export using Obisdian-Pandoc plugin, it does not seem to pass the custom styles into the resulting word doc.
Pandoc manual instructs as follows
`[Get out]{custom-style="Emphatically"}, he said.
would produce a docx file with “Get out” styled with character style Emphatically. Similarly, using the fenced_divs syntax,
Dickinson starts the poem simply:

But neither of these methods seems to work. The resulting word doc seems to ignore these styles, and the text just shows up in "body text" style.
