How to export to `html` with citations? #216

I've realised that the Pandoc plugin is not exporting citations to HTML files.

citation keys are not converted
reference list is not generated/appended

When exporting with the Pandoc plugin to html, the option says: "Pandoc Plugin: Export as HTML (without Pandoc)"

What can I do?
