Given that Class C Omni transaction support is code-complete and will soon be activated on Main Net, OmniJ should add support for creating Class C transactions as soon as possible.

Work-in-progress Class C transactions was added in: f617a3a and will be included in 0.6.0 for testing and further development only.

A more complete implementation will be in v0.7.0
