now that more of the OA repos' readmes will sit here, some thought on information organization:

  • currently all readmes parked under Developer topic
    • this houses information on all oa related stuff (cli, libraries, how to use, some nice functions to do additional customization for business needs etc)

Developer can be reserved for low level docs as discussed, so we could rename Developer as Deep dive maybe?

first parts of the docs on verifiable docs and transferable records showcases minimal effort to quick start on at least something tangible (end result you get a verifiable document). so this part can sit under Tutorial? let's be explicit ya
