load_stac + agera5 resample => enable resampling at load time

This job id has a process graph, can probably be minimized further because the problem is in agera5.
It is crucial that in the dry run, resampling parameters are passed on via resample_cube_spatial. I suspect that the combination with load_stac causes a case that is not fully supported.  The logs clearly show that resampling is not present in LoadParameters.
