/credentials/basic should not be supported in production

Added won't fix label and removed the milestone as we currently still want to keep this in production a) for internal production testing b) for external SH users that want' to use the openEO backend without all the EGI check-in work.

If we remove this we should implement another auth mechanism for SH user's to directly connect to the backend.
