Drop CSV as output format #52

In my opinion we should drop the support for CSV and JSON, since they are not well defined and it would be difficult to implement them in the ODC engine. Keeping only the common formats (netCDF, geoTIFF, PNG) would also be beneficial for the users, avoiding confusion.

Update: JSON has been implemented also for the ODC engine. CSV might not be relevant anymore tough.
