I'll wait to do anything until governance meets and let's me know you want to go forward. I'm planning to spin up at least an RDS instance for reentry and other resources for web server functionality. Certainly in the RDS instance there's no reason not to share it for other projects since I plan to ask for funds for it anyway.

If we think beyond just the RDS instance, I'd plan to set up a VPC specifically for OpenNC resources.
