Ideation - Planning for AccoTech Web Application

After talking with the client the following requirements should be met in the initial product. 😄

• This is a general accounting firm which provides things such as Tax Preparation for Personal, Business purposes, Tax and CRA related advice etc. Similar company would be, https://accountingtoronto.ca/. We could use that to design homepage, about us page etc to make the first draft.

• A contact form should be there with the ability for customers to contact the firm, as well as upload tax documents. So a basic form supporting attachments would be fine.

• A blog/article section; probably visible in the home page. There should be a section where the admin/owner should be able to login and upload an article with some form of attachments (such as link to videos etc).

• Ability for customers to subscribe so that when an article is published the customer gets notified via email.

• Ability to take payments from customers. This is not necessary right now; but will be needed in the future.
