For the manual installation, can you share your application.properties ?
As for the docker installation, from your screenshots, the pgsql container seem to have an issue but I'm also wondering why the docker compose up -d does not recognize the -d shorthand. Can you check your docker version ? Also, could you get the logs with docker logs ?

Your application.properties is missing the postgresql url. It is currently set to "jdbc:postgresql://..." which is an invalid value.
As for the docker installation, the logs you sent me seem to indicate that the minio container was not started. I am not able to view your docker ps screenshot. Can you confirme me that minio is properly started ?
