Links in description should be clickable

What would you like to be able to do? Please describe.
I understand that markdown can be used in the description to create clickable links but ideally plain links pasted into a description should be automatically clickable.

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue, I think that we can extend the existing Lexical Plugin usage to include the LexicalAutoLinkPlugin. This will enable the matching of URl's and automatically converting them into links.
