Reduce fields displayed on the "Latest Contributions" list

There are too many fields being displayed in the Latest Contributions list, we need to pare it down to just the important bits that actually display information. Ideally we want to have a git diff format as mentioned in #751

A git diff format might require extra backend work or at least better backend calls.
