[DEV] Integrate manta as a CLI frontend to OCHAMI

Short Description
Currently, manta use mesa as a library to interact with the CSM, the goal for this task is to refactor mesa into another library to interact with OCHAMI APIs

Definition of Done
Commands needed:

• set/get/update kernel parameters for a list of nodes/cluster
• assign boot image to a list of nodes/cluster
• power management (power on, power off, power reset, power cap)
• node console access
