Thanks @wheatman. I am back from a week off and will get these references to align properly with the glossary, using PR #218 to make the corrections. There is a deploy preview of the website that you are welcome to look at. (Please let me know if you have questions about that.)

FWIW, because we anticipate a back-and-forth between article-writing and glossary-updating, we built an automatic glossary-checker in the website build script, which flags dangling references, just as you did manually.
I put the complete list into PR #218.
