Add tilemill project to the repository

thanks @ian29 , that is great ! One extra thing, some of the project have the data packaged with them, some don't but they have path to your hdd, if you still have the data on your hdd and it is not too big, could you add it too?
Even better, but that may be a lot to ask, if you have kept the Overpass Query or SQL query that you used to generate some of the layers from OSM, that would be awesome, otherwise, I will just recreate some.
