'wear' chat commands in Folders

While doing the markup for the list of chat commands @Medea-Destiny compiled I saw that + and ++ for wear instead of add are still active in Folders. The second of them though, actually uses Add instead of wear. I regard this as a legacy behavior from before Add was a possibility. As Medea noted: "(NOTE! We seem to have an inconsistency here where ++ does a non-recursive (no subfolder) add rather than a recursive wear.)" The "wear" option does not exist in the Folders menu buttons and both should also be gone as commands. Current usage stipulates that Folders uses Add and Outfits uses wear. Let's make that so.
