In 8.3 (but since at least 8.1) these chat commands have not worked although the associated dialogue options do

[prefix] public on
[prefix] public off
[prefix] limit range on/off : limits range for public access.

has not worked.

I personally would prefer that the chat commands did work, but if they cannot then the documentation should be amended.

Somebody who is an owner on a collar needs to duplicate this one, it would be really helpful !! Good job for a new contributor.

@GilDruart is correct. Testing indicates there are three problems with either script or documentation. The command [prefix] group (on/off), [prefix] public (on/off), and [prefix] wearer tru (on/off) are all commands which do not work in the current (v 8.3) collar.
I think we want these commands to work, if possible. Until the commands are fixed in the script, I suggest we edit the Access page: (https://github.com/OpenCollarTeam/opencollarteam.github.io/blob/master/docs/Access.md) in documentation
