Currently it only supports output format JSON and the input format has to be XLSX.

Can we add support for metatab in the CSV input format?

--metatab-name could just be the name of the CSV file containing the metadata.

Actually, this isn't a problem for OFDS, since the only required field in the network package schema is networks. I'll leave the issue open in case the functionality would be useful elsewhere.
