Based on the current system and this review process, I identify 3 optimization points:
1、In advanced info step ,Review tool can Automaticly append metadata to AIBOM if dataset name match the record in database.
2、Add steps for data experts to review metadata for correctness before a lawyer reviews it.
3、In basic info step ,customers download the review report if dataset basic info name match reviewed dataset name.

The second requirement (add steps for data experts to review metadata) depends on having a complete user system So,we will do it until opendataology community project have been refactoried its member system。
