History date stamp issue #715

It's currently 23:59 on 23rd Aug, however my history has entries from the future!

The date and time are set correctly via NTP and the timezone is correct on both the EVSE and my browser.

Possibly related to https://github.com/OpenEVSE/openevse_esp32_firmware/issues/916 ? If the WiFi module rebooted it might set its UTC clock to local time from the OpenEVSE board and write items to the log before NTP corrects it.
