MaStR offshore wind turbines need a layer for offshore boundaries (AWZ).

WFS contains lines, upload and create two simple polygons for Nordsee and Ostsee.

The lines do not clearly distinguish the boundaries. it's not clear what e.g. where German territories stop and Danish offshore territories start. Creating polygons will need a lot of guesswork and it likely to contain errors. It might be helpful to consider other sources for the same information.

Only a rough polygon is needed to check if wind turbine geoms are not incorrect (far away).
It's not for navigation. A simple convex_hull will do the job.
