OEMetaBuilder: Change "Object" field from free-text to pre-defined answers

Description of the issue

In the Contributors section of the OEMetaBuilder form, the description of the Object field currently reads "Target of contribution. Which part of the package was supplied/changed." In the metadata schema, the description of this field currently reads "The target of the contribution. Which part of the package was supplied or changed. Can be the data, metadata or both (data and metadata)."

The metadata schema gives more information about what input is expected in this field, which is not clear when one just looks at the OEMetaBuilder form. Is the intent that the user can enter any text they wish in this field, or is the intent that the user enters either "data", "metadata", or "data and metadata" in this field?

Ideas of solution

If the user is only supposed to enter one of three pre-defined options in this field, then the OEMetaBuilder form can be updated to make this clearer. Change this free-text field to either:

• a dropdown list allowing the user to pick one option ("data", "metadata", or "data and metadata"), OR
• three radio buttons allowing the user to select one option ("data", "metadata", or "data and metadata"), OR
• two checkboxes allowing the user to select one or both options ("data" and "metadata").

Alternatively, if the user is supposed to be able to enter free-text in this field, then this definition in the metadata schema (and also the instructional text in the OEMetaBuilder) should be adjusted to clarify what should be recorded in this field.
