2. embedded typeform us used to make a new entry
3. automation posts the typeform to airtable as status=new
4. new posts to airtable are sent to the #team-vax-proof channel in the slack for review.
5. a human changes the status from new to OK
6. OK status entries are picked up by zapier and posted to notion
