openfast 4.0.0 regression test failure

👋 while trying to bump openfast formula to 4.0.0, the test failed as no surprise, but the test is a bit too daunting for me to make any changes. After trying a bit, I just gave it up, log an issue in here for getting some help.

@chenrui333 We'd like to remove OpenFAST from Homebrew as we're supporting it through Conda instead. Do you know how to go about doing this?

@chenrui333, are you using the updated regression tests found here: https://github.com/OpenFAST/r-test/tree/v4.0.0?

it is not easy to maintain such a challenging test, so we just use some version check instead.

we dont like to remove the formula as long as it is buildable and open source project.
