pyYaml is deprecated for python 3.12.5

Describe the bug
i have been trying to install openpecha , when i am using python 3.7 everything works fine, but when i try updating python to latest 3.12.5v there is a dependency issue coming up when installing the pyYaml package.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. set up ,venv and use python 3.12.5
2. try installing openpecha lib.
3. See error
