Motions: Edit Details dialog box doesn't work

Description: The "Edit Details of a motion dialog box" doesn't work at all. Currently it is not possible to set any kind of attribute via the dialog box. If a category, motion block or state is changed an error message appears in the console.

Reproduction:

1. open a meeting
2. open motions > create a new motion
3. open motions > three dot menu > categories > create a new category
4. open motions > three dot menu > motion blocks > create a new block
5. head back to motions menu
6. use the dialog box of the created motion and try to change category, motion block or state

What should happen:
It should be possible to change category, motion block and state via dialog box.

(note: I'm not sure, if the wording dialog box is correct ;) )
