CSV export for poll/vote/motion results

I would like to create a machine-readable export of the outcomes of votes on motions.

Describe the solution you'd like
Akin to the existing PDF export, I'd like to see an option to export in a CSV format.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered post-processing and parsing the exported PDF into a CSV but it would be much nicer to have a native CSV export available.

Additional context
I'm willing and able to implement this feature. My current plan is to look into where the current PDF exports are implemented and replicate that functionality.
