  • Create new motion
  • click edit icon for changing submitters
  • remove exisiting submitter AND add new submitter
  • Save
    => Error Datastore service sends HTTP 400. The following locks were broken: 'motion_submitter/meeting_id', 'motion_submitter/motion_id', 'motion_submitter/weight'

Workaround:
remove first submitter - save - add new submitter - save again.
