Current view of a motion in a motion block:
The state is left, the recommendation is right

Reproduction:
in a meeting:

1. in settings > motions > put something in "Name of recommender"
2. create motion block
3. create motion
4. put the motion in the motion block and recommend something (e.g. Annahme)
5. navigate motion-list > motion-block > your specific motion-block
