Motion-list: Ellipse the category

Current behaviour:
If a motion has a Category with a long title and potentially subcategory and belongs tot a motion block then the appearance of the motion in the motion list is not desirable.

Reproduction:
In a meeting:

1. create a category with a long title
2. create a second category
3. sort the second category as a child of the first category
4. create a motion block
5. create a motion and assign the child-category and the motion-block
6. navigate to the motion-list

Every category and subcategory should fill one line and then be ellipsed (the ellipse should be in the same line)
