Fix missing star icon

[Elblinator]

Current behaviour:
If a motion is selected as favourite and in a motion-block then the star icon is missing if the motion-block-list is displayed

Reproduction:
in a meeting:

1. create a motion block
2. create a motion
3. mark the motion as personal favourite (press on the star icon, it has to be filled)
4. put the motion into a motion block
5. navigate from motions > three dot menu > motion block > your motion block
6. now you should see the view in B)

Wanted behaviour:
The star Icon should be displayed in the motion-block-list if the motion is selected as a favourite
