Fix missing LoS in Autopilot

Current behaviour:
If a internal or hidden topic is projected then the LoS (and the add me buttons) of this topic is not displayed in the autopilot

Reproduction:
in a meeting:

1. project a hidden topic onto the reference projector
2. make sure that delegates can see the autopilot, can NOT manage the agenda and that they can see and/or add themselves onto the LoS (see participants > group > delegate-column)
3. login as a delegate
4. navigate to the autopilot
5. neither the LoS nor the Add me buttons are visible

Wanted behaviour:
If a topic is projected and the user is allowed to see LoS or is allowed to add themselves onto a LoS then the corresponding List/buttons should be visible on the autopilot
