Layout Text Issue: text too large

Describe the bug
The agenda item detail view has a small text issue under attachments. If a file is uploaded to an agenda item, the file text is too large with 18.72px.

Affected text is marked red.

How to Reproduce

1. open a meeting
2. open topics
3. create an agenda item and add a file > save new agenda item
4. open the agenda item
5. file text under attachments is too large

Expected behavior
The font size of the text should be 16px.
