I'm scoping out using CallPower for a campaign to contact local officials. I'd love to be able to add those name/number pairs (and any other info) within some kind of admin tool but dropping them into a CSV or YAML file would suffice, too. Because the number of potential callees might be high (18 in my use case), I'd like to specify one or two that always get a call and then have another two or three randomly chosen from the list.

Thanks Colin! I've gotten this request before for even larger sets of targets, and I think there's a good use case here. For your campaign, I think we've resolved it by entering custom targets manually. I'll leave this issue open until we have someone who wants to sponsor development of this feature.
...what level of effort would it be to make this happen? Is it an evening project for someone unfamiliar with the call-power source? A weekend project? More? I don't get downtime very often, but when I do and I'm trying (and failing) to do 24pullrequests this year...
