Post excerpts

Instead of the laborious and error-prone manual teaser metadata tag, we should use Jekyll post excerpts. This would allow us to stop duplicating content.

Unsure if it's really clever to change the old content, since that might invalidate some metadata(?). Otherwise, there should be a guideline/template explicitly banning teaser tags.
