As described in our 2021-01-19 meeting:

Printing the "LFC Analysis" page of a proposal inserts a unnecessary blank page between the letterhead and the TOC.

Frank hypothesizes that this is really easy to fix, as I recall. Assigning to Dan, as per new "trial by fire" policy. (Also, Dan's been working on printing issues lately anyway, although in this case the bug is with single-page printing, not with Book / Collection-style printing.)
