PoB freezes in launch

Hi, in this league (didn't play 3.15/3.16) when i try to launch PoB (Admin mode also) the app load all data (the green screen with white text). After that it freezes and can't do anything

If I reinstall the app it works fine until i close it and try to open it another time

This repo is older and not used for active development please repost on https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/issues if you still are having this problem.
