目前在informer中使用annotation来过滤需要发送消息的资源，informer监听后判断是否有"message"的anno，有才会进行业务逻辑。
目前有个fix的问题：update的事件没有去重，未来可能把所有的事件都加入一个queue中，统一进行业务逻辑。
