Message comes through but with blank content (number/subject line is intact).

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When I receive a message on the phone, it appears in Google Messages application, but with no content.
The subject and sender phone number are intact.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Receive message
2. Message contains no body text.

Expected behavior
Message should contain sender info, subject and body.

Additional context: Not all messages behave this way, just a subset - I cannot determine a pattern.
