Either make portable actually portable, or just remove it from the assets.

pretty straight forward. portable isn't portable if it creates files and folders in appdata on a system rather than being self contained to it's own folder on whatever drive you place it in.

either make it actually portable, or just remove the so-called "portable" option.

unless there's some extra step that is required for portable to actually be portable that hasn't been outlined on the main readme of the github.
