A bookmarklet to fill in details of a 583 field in the Alma Metadata Editor at UCL. Also works on the 995 field.
It adds a standard $$a NBK-R as per Jisc book retention policy. The coded date 20 years in the future is in $$c YYYYMM. The $$5 is UCL's organisation code UkLUC. The bookmarklet prompts for a collection and assigns a code if recognised which then entered into $$x.
To install the bookmarklet, add the following code into the URL or Location section of a new bookmark:

To use the bookmarklet:
- Click on the 583 or 995 field in a record
- Click on the bookmarklet on the your bookmarks toolbar
To work, it requires a 583$$a or 995$$a which is otherwise blank and with no other subfields.
