Banner SDK

Example for how to use the APIs:

MDBannerView.setBannerViewDelegate(self)
MDBannerView.showBanner(title: "title",
                        message: "message",
                        textColor: .brown,
                        backgroundColor: .white,
                        position: .top,
                        timeout: nil,
                        acceptButtonText: "OK",
                        acceptButtonTextColor: .cyan,
                        acceptButtonBackgroundColor: .darkGray,
