Translator from Klingon to German/English without NNs
The goal of this project is to eventually be able to translate Klingon into natural english/german (or more realistically assist someone doing that). This project is just for learning purposes (and fun), which hopefully justifies any weird decisions, like writing it in C or translating from Klingon to German and not in the other direction (which would be way harder!).
