Right now, the PreVentTools package only works with HDF5 files. It should work with any Reader.

I think the best way forward on this ticket is to use the existing Readers to read different input formats into SignalSets, and write some generic code to do the preventtools operations on them. However, the HDF5 files should take advantage of the HDF5 functionality where possible.
