[Proposal] Keep documentation with the code

There already is some nice documentation on the ODROID-GO wiki but it would be nice if this could also be kept in this repo (for example in a README.md) to make sure that the documentation is always in sync with the code. That way if something (like key combinations) changes in the future, you'll always have the correct documentation to go with a specific version of the code (since it's kept in one place).
