Is this something for the website or just for github?

It's something that will be public, hopefully to encourage collaborators and to provide boilerplate code for them to insert into their grant proposals.

The current private draft is at https://github.com/OuhscBbmc/bbmc-database-management/blob/master/services/database-services.md
